An institutionalized ecosystem of external VC partners
K8 Capital is a hybrid, early-stage Venture Capital and Credit firm, originally operated under the Koo Family Office. Preceding K8, the Koo Family Office has actively invested in and partnered with preeminent, emerging venture capital fund managers. These partners align with our industry interests, are highly collaborative and exhibit minimal bureaucracy. On aggregate, these partners have generated a total AUM of $7.3B+ across 412 investments and 55 exits.
The once exclusive suite of stakeholder relationships within the Koo Family Office is now accessible to K8, as a result of the symbiotic association between the two.
Preserving its own operational independence, K8 challenges the traditional notion that family offices reserve their internal resources and investment capital strictly for private use. We are now extending its reach to a wider audience of investors, inviting them to participate in our collective success.
Hybrid Investment
Strategy
K8 combines long-term venture capital growth with the liquidity of short-term credit investments, providing investors with both high-growth potential and flexibility.
Tailored Liquidity
Solutions
Short-term credit investments offer consistent liquidity and timely distributions, catering to investors who seek faster returns without sacrificing growth.
Effective Risk
Management
The firm is designed to manage risk efficiently, allowing K8 to navigate market cycles with confidence.
